Very Bad Experience We had a very disappointing experience at Ancient Hyderabad restaurant. We ordered a simple biryani at 9:15 PM and waited for almost 55 minutes. At 10:00 PM, when we asked about our food, the staff said it would come soon. But it never came. The table next to us, who ordered at the same time, finished their food and even paid the bill. Another family came 15–20 minutes after us and received their food within 15 minutes. Our order was still not served. We were with two small kids and could not wait any longer, so we left without eating. This is completely unacceptable. The washrooms were dirty and smelled very bad. The ambiance was average, nothing special. The staff behaved arrogantly and were not helpful. The kitchen area also looked dirty and unhygienic. Overall, it was a very poor and frustrating experience. Definitely not recommended unless they improve their service and cleanliness.

Loved the experience. Visited Ancient Hyderabad for the 5th time, and it continues to impress. It’s one of those rare places where the quality of food and service remains consistent every single time. The Food The flavors are spot on. If you are visiting, I highly recommend: Mughlai Chicken & Lachcha Paratha: The perfect classic combo. Andhra Chicken: Great for those who love a bit of a spicy kick. Burnt Rice: Surprisingly flavorful and a family favorite. Note: They’ve recently added Mandi to the menu. Haven't tried it yet, but it's on the list for next time! Service & Ambience The service is very attentive and polite. The ambience is peaceful, making it a great spot for a relaxed family dinner. My kid especially loved the waterfall feature: it’s a nice touch that keeps the little ones entertained. Facilities Parking: They have dedicated free parking for about 4–5 cars, and there is a helper present to assist with parking, which makes the arrival stress-free. The washrooms were clean and well-maintained. Highly recommended for families looking for tasty food and a calm atmosphere. Oh My god. The best Biryani ever that have. I had . If you want to go for an aromatic flavour biryani, not spicy but delicious and great taste, go for Chicken Dum Biryani. Chicken was melting in mouth. There Saalan was amazing . Just loved the food and the place. Went for the first time . Will Go again to explore more as they have a great menu and for non veg lovers it's heaven's. They also have andhra style meals. We tried one of it. Staff is very courteous and served us very well. It's a kids friendly place and a kids friendly staff. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
