I visited Aanandam right and was quite disappointed. I ordered a lassi and Rasamalai, and to my surprise, it was served warm—completely ruining the experience. It’s unacceptable for a basic cold beverage to be served like that, especially in warm weather. The service was slow and lacked attentiveness. Overall, not worth the hype or price. I won’t be returning.
