Worst experience, to get the details about cake whether they are making or not for birthday function, i called them 4 times in 3 days. still no response from them. placing order itself is too headache i dont expect the service from them. Very sorry state

A wide variety of sweet with bit higher prices but some sweets are really very bad some might are stored for long time ... No freshness .....good ambience and good bakery items

Extremely Disappointed with Anand Sweets - Beware of the Low-Quality Milk Powder Kalakand! I had high expectations for Ananda Sai Sweets in Palakolu, especially after seeing the high ratings on Google. But my experience was beyond disappointing! I bought their white kalakand yesterday, and when we ate it at home, it reeked of milk powder and tasted horrible. It was obvious they are using cheap milk powder instead of real milk. The quality was far from what you’d expect from a shop with such a reputation. Today, I decided to give them another chance and went back to the shop, hoping it was just a bad batch. I purchased the kalakand again and ate it there this time — and to my shock, it was the same terrible taste. It felt like I was eating nothing but flavored milk powder, NOT fresh kalakand! When I politely asked them about it, the staff completely ignored me. They offered no explanation and showed zero respect for customer feedback. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable from any shop, let alone one that boasts high ratings. Don’t be fooled by the ratings! The quality of their sweets, especially the kalakand, is extremely low and unworthy of your money. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place. There are much better and more honest sweet shops out there. Save yourself the disappointment and your money.
