Every year we buy jalebi and mothichur ladoo on Eid we had best experience they give us always fresh stocks Today on Eid I called Frazer Town Anand Sweets the Store incharge told me only 3kgs are available and I booked 3 kgs when I went there within 5 minutes he said you are late we sold only 1.50 kg is available and surprisingly he told me it's a fresh only today morning I received the stocks at 8.15 am and next lot will come by 6pm only sorry no where is available. After 30 minutes my son called same person said sir 2 kgs are available for my surprise delivery van was standing and fresh 8 kgs unloading. I am not asking for free i am paying money for what I am purchasing. Worst experience i had with Frazer Town Anand Sweets And I asked him to fix Eid Mubarak card he is asking me to pay 250 Rupees for each card.

I ordered mysor pak on Zomato. Anand sweets took the full payment from me and did not deliver all items. Later the lady from Anand refused to acknowledge the mistake and process my refund. Note that the parcel was sealed and not opened by the delivery guy. I mailed Zomato and they confirmed the parcel was unopened. Horrible and dishonest service towards their customer. Kindly don’t trust this brand.

Anand Sweets - M.M. Road branch should be shut down. Found a metal screw in Bhel Puri which we ordered through Swiggy. Thankfully my mother was able to spot this before she ate. This is dangerous, irresponsible by the so called reputed Anand sweets. Couldn’t get a picture of the screw in the plate, we were in shock to find this and went straight to the restaurant to report.
