Extremely disappointed with Anand Sweets Commercial Street branch. I found a worm inside a laddu I bought — absolutely unacceptable for a reputed brand like this! When I contacted their customer care, they casually told me to ignore it and didn’t even bother to apologize. The store staff were equally rude and refused to replace or refund the item. This shows zero hygiene, zero accountability, and zero respect for customers. I will never buy from Anand Sweets again, and I strongly urge others to check their food before consuming. Totally unprofessional and unhygienic experience!

Received mouldy laddu in their assorted sweet s. Irresponsible and it’s concerning as done by such an established store. No manufacturing date is printed on and this is clearly way past shelf life . Playing with people’s health. Never buying from this chain ever again. This was well sealed gift pack. Cannot trust to be gifted to anyone as it can turn out be mouldy causing health hazard.
