Very disappointing experience at Amutha Surabhi. Despite being regular customers at their other locations, today’s visit was extremely unpleasant. We waited for over 30 minutes to be served food, which can be acceptable during their peak hours.After finally asking for the bill, I paid it, and the waiter took it to the counter—only to make me wait another few minutes. When I asked for the bill, I was told rudely that they cannot give the bill without scanning and was spoken to in an arrogant tone, as if waiting endlessly was expected. When I suggested issuing a duplicate bill if there was a delay, I was shockingly told I would have to wait 30 more minutes. The staff’s response was completely unacceptable. What was most disturbing was the attitude—when I questioned whether this was the way to talk to customers, the response was “we don’t bother.” Such behavior clearly shows a lack of basic customer respect. Service quality and staff behavior matter a lot, especially for a restaurant that wants to grow big. There is a lot to learn from places like Aanandas and Annapoorna, where customers are treated with courtesy. I sincerely request the owner to check the CCTV footage of this incident. If such rude staff behavior continues, it will surely lead to a major setback. Sadly, after this experience, I will never visit Amutha Surabhi again. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
