You are to find perfectly cooked chocolate ice cream, chocolate custard and waffles. Chocolate frappe is good at Amul Ice Lounge. The well-trained staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Terrific service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of this place. Here you will pay low prices. There is an enjoyable atmosphere and fancy decor at this spot. But google users haven't given Amul Ice Lounge a high rating.

We had a very bad experience everytime when we go there … the staffs are biased and expressed filthy & rude behaviours between customer to customer especially the one who serves the ice cream ….

Pathetic experience we're served ice cream shake with milk mixed with sugar. Unbelievable to be openly cheated over crowded weekends. Someone should hold them accountable.

Visited Amul Ice Lounge recently and was genuinely shocked by the lack of respect shown by a staff member named Diksha. She was abrupt, confrontational, and spoke to us in a tone that was completely inappropriate. There was no reason for it , we were calm, polite, and simply expecting decent service. This kind of behavior is not just unprofessional, it’s unacceptable. If management cares about their customers, they seriously need to address this. No one should feel disrespected while simply trying to enjoy a dessert.
