Dear Daniel, thank you for your feedback. We’re a bit puzzled though — if the food was as disappointing as you claim, why did you take a parcel and still not clear the full bill of ₹800? However, it’s important for us to clarify the situation for future guests. On your visit, you and your group not only took a parcel after dining in, but also argued and refused to clear the full bill.We welcome genuine feedback to improve, but false claims and incomplete facts don’t reflect the real experience of our many satisfied customers.
