I am highly disappointed with my recent experience at Brothers Kulcha. While eating, I found multiple small stones inside the kulcha. This not only ruined the taste but also made it unsafe to eat. Food quality and hygiene should be the top priority in any restaurant, and such negligence is unacceptable. I had high expectations, but this was extremely dissatisfying. I sincerely hope the management takes strict action to improve their food preparation and quality checks, as customers deserve safe and hygienic food. Been going to this place for a long time. Used to love their food but as of late I have noticed some issues. Sanitation remains one the key problems. Today after traveling for quite a while I reched the place, noticed it was full so I placed my order to go, just a single kulcha, to my surprise which seemed impossible for them to fulfill. Just for that I had to wait almost 40 mins and the guy kept giving me the run around. I usually never had to wait for that simple of an order. They seemed too keen and focused on zomato orders than customers in front of them. Leaving that aside, considering this to be an isolated incident, I noticed they are not using butter instead using fat spread, which for me ruined all the love for this place. Despite that I had to argue with 3 different people to finally get my order, and that too was wrong. A must visit place for food lovers out there.Brother's Kulcha Hub is located in Mansa Devi Complex in Panchkula.Parking is not available there so you can park your vehicle on the opposite side of the road. There is a huge range and variety of Amritsari Kulchas to choose from like Aloo Kulcha, Gobhi Kulcha , Paneer Kulcha , Onion Kulcha etc . Service is a bit slow as they are always crowded.The interiors need to be majorly revamped and improved to make the sitting experience more soothing and comfortable for the visitors . The Kulchas are very well stuffed , are very tasty and cooked to perfection. I loved the chur chur kulcha. Do try lassi Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
