Worst experience ever. I have ordered dal makhani and kadai paneer, it was very salty and too much spicy not eatable anyway. I have shared the feedback with the person on the ordering counter. He was too rude, he didn’t accepted his mistake. He shouted on us ,misbehaved with us. The story didn’t end there. Security guards joined the conversation, they understand our concern, and tried to convince the person on counter to accept his mistake. Even accepting his mistake, he started playing politics by saying that you eat all the food, started saying that food was Okay. I would request Grand venice team to take action against this type of unethical behaviour of service staff of Amritsari express. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
