We looked on the rooms liked it and asked the person sitting next with the turban guy that let me ask the family if they are happy with the extra as I was sure it would be allright and when I was going out to ask I see restroom near to the reception I asked if I can use toilets , the guy without turban said there are public toilets 4 kms ahead . That was very much disrespectful and we left and booked hotel by piccadly close to ksauli and I went in to use toilet there then we talked about the rooms and they didn't hesitate me to allow to use their toilets even I didn't book the rooms first. LEMONTREE management please give your staff some moral values. Service: 1
