I visited Lemon Tree Hotel, Kasauli last Thursday, and it turned out to be a truly delightful experience. The property is a beautiful boutique hotel, just a 15-minute drive from Kasauli Mall Road, yet tucked away in the peaceful valley of Sanawar. From the very beginning, the hospitality stood out. We were given a warm welcome, and I would like to extend special thanks to Mr. Adarsh for personally taking care of us during our stay and even upgrading our room. I stayed in the Attic Room, which was breathtakingly beautiful—spacious, with charming wooden interiors giving it a cozy hut-like feel, a balcony, and an adjoining terrace on the 8th floor. The panoramic 180-degree view of pine trees, combined with the misty weather, made me feel as though I was floating among the clouds. The restaurant team was equally impressive—quick service and delicious food throughout. Special appreciation to Mr. Narendra for crafting such wonderful cocktails, and to Mr. Mohit and Mr. Ajaj for their excellent food and attentive service. A heartfelt thanks also to Mr. Mohit from housekeeping, who promptly catered to our needs. Suraj at the reception welcomed us with a smile and positive energy, setting the perfect tone for the stay. I would also like to acknowledge Mr. Sanjeev and Mr. Surjeet for their warm hospitality, as well as the parking staff for their kindness and assistance. Overall, Lemon Tree Hotel, Kasauli, is not just about its serene location and stunning views but also about the amazing people who make the stay truly memorable. I would love to visit again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. Service: 5

I stayed in a hill area for the first time, it was a very good experience, the welcome was good, Suraj guided me well, it felt like I was at home while eating. I forgot the name of the chef, so sincerely thanks to the chef. My wife did not like eating outside but she enjoyed the food a lot. Now we will come with our entire family and stay for a long time in Lemon Tree. Service: 5
