The Cindrella Hotel, located at 3rd Mile on Sevoke Road in Siliguri, is one of the city's long-standing and well-regarded 4-star properties. It serves as a convenient transit point for travelers heading toward Sikkim, Darjeeling, or the Dooars. The hotel is surprisingly feature-rich for its category. It boasts two outdoor swimming pools (including a kids' pool with a waterslide), a well-equipped fitness center, a sauna, and even a billiards/games room. With five indoor banquet halls and two expansive lawns, it is a premier venue in Siliguri for weddings and corporate conferences. It is found during peak wedding seasons or busy periods, check-in and room service can sometimes become slower than expected. Service: 4

Hotel room was good. Service are also good. But I visit a few days ago I parked my bike in parking area and in morning my bike kit was stolen by their room staff or somebody else kit was soo expensive. And when I tell to the manager show me the camara he deniyed and say camra is not available on that point. And they Didnt refund my money and their behavior was trully bad they didn't help me. And start argument with me after all that hotel staff say to me this in not our responsibility if anything stolen in this campus . Very bad experience Service: 5

It was a good stay overall. The rooms were comfortable and all the necessary amenities were provided. The slippers supplied were a bit thin, but that was a minor issue. The only downside for me was that the hotel/kitchen is completely vegetarian. The property is conveniently located close to Vega, which is a big plus. The swimming pool was not usable, but that’s understandable given the winter season. Overall, I have no major complaints and was satisfied with my stay. Service: 5
