I had a very below average experience at the restaurant. The restaurant staff look disappointed at us being there. Instead of being welcoming. The food was okay at best. Considering that the food reviews overall are really great. We expected amazing food, but we were served bland dishes. I’m not able to relate to the existing reviews. Maybe it was an off day at the office for them.

TODAY I WENT FOR LUNCH AT AMMINI RESTAURANT.THE WAITERS THERE WERE A SURLY LOT AND NO ONE CAME TO TAKE OUR ORDERS AND WE WERE TOLD TO CHANGE OUR SEATING TWICE BCOZ THE WORKERS WERE WORKING ON A/C.WE ORDERED 3 GHEE ROAST DOSAS WHICH WERE VERY SMALL IN SIZE AND NOT CRISPY/ TASTY BUT THE CHUTNEYS AND SAMBHAR WAS GOOD.NEXT WE ORDERED VADA AND THAT TOO CAME WITHOUT CHUTNEY AND SAMBHAR.WE HAD TO ASK SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE THEY SERVED US.THE ATMOSPHERE OF THE PLACE WAS RUNDOWN AS COMPARED TO BEFORE AND THE SURLY AND RUDE WAITERS AT THE PLACE MADE SURE WE WERE NEVER COMING BACK.ONCE A GO TO FOR US FOR AUTHENTIC TASTY AND SOUTH INDIAN FOOD , NOW NO MORE.I AM NEVER GOING BACK THERE.WE SPENT RS.1000/- THERE BUT FELT VERY IGNORED AND INSULTED BY THE STAFF'S BEHAVIOUR. Awkward services

I would not even give any star for services, went to the restaurant during an afternoon for lunch, and the providers there behaved in an awkward fashion. Firstly the served us uncleaned spoons, secondly when we requested them to extend a chair where we could keep our belongings, even when the whole place was empty at that time, they simply points out another place to put the stuffs in cold attitude. I would try to avoid this place.
