Refused to give a carry bag or any paper bag for bread. They can at least charge few rupees but provide a paper or plastic bag to carry. Lack basic customer service etiquette. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Service: Takeaway

Very disappointed with the birthday cake I got for my son this year.Lot of cream,not really cake in it.. After cutting the cake,nobody could really hold and have since it was all cream.very upset . Definitely this would be my last purchase for any event in ammas. Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Birthday cakes are emotions of the people. With that in mind, we ordered a birthday cake from Amma's Pastries, Sahakarnagar expecting at least basic professionalism and quality. What we received was completely disappointing. The finishing of the cake was extremely poor,messy edges, untidy frosting, and broken chocolate decorations (photos attached as proof). This wasn’t a ready-made cake we placed the order a day before the birthday, expecting a properly made product. When we raised our concern with the staff about the lack of proper finishing, their blunt response was "This is how we make the cakes." Such an unprofessional attitude was even more upsetting than the cake itself. The pricing isn’t cheap either it’s higher than several other reputed bakeries around. So when you pay a premium and get a cake that looks this bad, it’s not just disappointing it’s unacceptable. This is definitely our last purchase from Amma's Pastries. We will never recommend it to anyone. They seriously need to understand that cakes aren’t just desserts they’re part of people’s emotions and special moments.
