As a kolkata bengali we visited our one of emotion Aminia Restaurant,Siliguri. But over all we are totally disappointed . 1. Service - nothing to say about FNB service, bcoz they are not interested to serve customer. they are Just dump all food on the table & they are again back billing time. All food self served. hospitality was nothing.... pathetic 2. Food - They are serve all room temparature food. We ordered Roomali roti , chicken biryani ,chicken handi . Roomali roti its like cold roomal( towel )basically we are using for guest welcoming ..horrible & we are confused about biryani chicken , its like chewing gum . chicken handi was not bad ,but it t was cold. One request to management please improve ur entire hospitality otherwise Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
