Rating: I’ve been a loyal customer of Amigos for the past 6 years and have always appreciated the quality, taste, and service offered here. Over the years, I’ve enjoyed countless dishes—from wraps and burgers to their signature grilled items—without ever facing any issues. However, my recent experience was deeply disappointing and concerning. I ordered the Shish Tawook Wrap, Chicken Shawarma, Chicken Nuggets, and Zinger Burger. Unfortunately, after having the Shawarma, I felt ill shortly after, and what’s worse, my family members who also ate the food got sick too. This was the first time I experienced such an issue at Amigos, but given that it involved health and food safety, it’s a serious matter, therefore I have rated it one star. I hope this feedback prompts the management to thoroughly review their food handling and hygiene standards to prevent such incidents in the future.
