Disappointing experience. The idlis were stale and hard, definitely not fresh. When I brought this to the owner's attention, I was met with defensiveness rather than a willingness to resolve the issue. The owner's attitude was unhelpful and unwelcoming I also noticed that the kitchen was unhygienic, which raises serious concerns about food safety. .
