We visited this restaurant with high hopes, primarily because we love their mutton biryani. Unfortunately, our experience was utterly disastrous, marred by severe hygiene issues and unacceptable management response. Upon arrival, the dining area was visibly neglected, filled with mosquitoes and small flies. Despite this red flag, we sat down and placed our order. The first dish, the vegetable manchow soup, was inedible with a genuinely bad taste, and we immediately returned it. The situation escalated dramatically as the rest of the food arrived. While eating, we discovered bits of plastic/polythene cover mixed into the Raita. We quietly brought this to the attention of the waiter. The final straw was observing a small cockroach run across our table and over the mutton chukka. We immediately stopped eating and left the food untouched. We called the manager over to calmly detail our numerous complaints, emphasizing the presence of children and the critical need for basic hygiene. We also informed him that this experience meant we would not be returning. We paid the full bill! Instead of taking ownership or offering a sincere apology, the manager was highly defensive and gave illogical explanations. He insisted the establishment was "maintained perfectly" and completely dismissed our observations. This complete lack of accountability and refusal to address serious public health concerns sealed our decision. We left without a resolution, and we strongly advise others to avoid this establishment until significant and verifiable changes in hygiene and management attitude are made. Never again.
