Food - I ordered a red velvet cake (1 kg - price Rs 1230) on 11th August 2025. It was too average and oily. Service - Purely unprofessional in approach. Placed the order at 10.30 am for 7.30 pm delivery. Send the details in what's app message also in the format they shared. Called them back again by 4.15 pm to ensure the delivery time ie 7.30 pm. The cake is delivered by 5.45 pm ie 1.45 minutes before the scheduled time. We were not in the flat and I have to request my neighbors to keep it in fridge to avoid getting spoiled. Notes: 1)All this happened after calling by 4.15 to reconfirm the timing. 2) Once i checked the bill even after confirming the delivery time in what's app chat and also reconfirming by call by 4.15, it's , mentioned 6 pm in the place of 7.30 pm 3) Once I called the customer care , the customer care executive didn't feel anything wrong in delivering a perishable product 1 hr 45 minutes before the schedule time ( once the family was yet to reach home ) 4) Since negative review I am sharing, the proof of chat to prove that the delivery time requested for is 7.30 pm, my call history to prove that i have called by 4.15 to reconfirm the timing and bill copy which records time as 6 pm.
