You and Mr. Dilip Kumar Sharma checked into our hotel on 3rd July at 5:50 PM and checked out on 4th July at 8:39 AM. The room was booked at a rate of ₹1500 + GST, and you also consumed beverages worth ₹100. While ₹1500 was paid in advance, a remaining balance of ₹260 was left unpaid at the time of checkout.As a gesture of goodwill, our team offered you a discount of ₹100, reducing the final payable amount to ₹160. However, this amount was not settled at checkout, and it took 18 days and multiple reminders from our manager before payment was finally made via Paytm.We would like to emphasize that all our bills are 100% GST-compliant and properly documented. There were no fake invoices issued. Our staff is trained to maintain professional conduct, and we take any claims of misconduct very seriously. Your feedback has been noted and is under internal review.However, posting false accusations regarding our services and billing practices is not acceptable. This damages the reputation of a legitimate, law-abiding establishment. We reserve the right to pursue legal action for defamation and will also be reporting this matter to your employer, Rajesh Motors Auto Pvt.
