Okay, so I went to Amber Restaurant the other night, and honestly, it was a disaster. We're talking SLOW service. Like, sat there forever waiting for our food. When the appetizers finally showed up, it was like an hour later. Then the main courses? Cold. And even later. But the worst part was how the staff acted. We asked what was up with the wait, and they just shrugged! No "sorry," no "let me check on that for you," nothing. Just didn't seem to care at all.
