Dear Mr. Sambath Nataraj, We sincerely apologize for your disappointing experience. We regret that our efforts to address your concerns did not meet your expectations. For clarity, as a licensed permit room, we are legally prohibited from allowing outside liquor on the premises, which led to the initial denial. We acknowledge, however, that our handling of the situation and your subsequent food complaints fell short of our standards. Your feedback has been escalated for immediate review.
