Albedo was a great find and after long have I felt the taste that stays in your mind. Very balanced and cooked with precision is what I would say for the food at Ambedo. Every dish we tasted was perfectly cooked, seasoned well and tasted just right. Every bite was surprising. The Dynamite Prawns was spicy but also filling the pallate so well. The Chicken Coriander Skewers was well balanced though it was not spicy. The dimsums are awesome too. They have left no stone unturned with food here. Even the regular tandoor dishes tasted yum. The service was very quick. The staff here were very gentle and courteous too. It was an anniversary occasion and we all enjoyed this meal thoroughly. Must visit place in Namma Bengaluru. I recently visited Ambedo Kitchen and Taproom and had a mixed experience. The food was generally good, with the dim-sums being a highlight. The chicken starters were also enjoyable. However, the lamb rack was disappointing as it was undercooked and tough, suggesting a poor selection of meat. On a positive note, the service was excellent. The staff were very understanding and helpful, making the dining experience pleasant. The ambiance, however, leaves much to be desired. The space feels empty and lifeless, and could benefit from some added colors and plants to liven it up. Despite this, the place is definitely worth a visit for the food and service.
