We recently visited with family and had a fantastic stay. Everything about this place is superb—from the easy room booking process to the excellent room service. The lunch menu is fairly priced and delicious. If you are looking for comfortable rooms that offer true value for money, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

Very bad experience, hotel rooms are not good and staff's behaviour are not professional

Rooms are not clean. Visible marks on floors besides wear and tear. Bedsheets and duvets have stains and pillows are brown or worn out. Table in the room has marks too. Electric Geyser / water heater not functional in both rooms and a portable water heater had to be specifically requested. Service was good from the restaurant staff. Hotel operates under 24 hour mark as mentioned online but when I arrived past midnight, has to wait for 20-30 mins outside banging on the shutter to no avail. Fortunately I had family in the hotel who then spent 10mins to try and locate a staff who was sleeping. Once awake, the staff was really helpful. Impeccable staff within the hotel related to food and tea. Food was of good quality. AC was leaking/ dripping water. Water in the tap had a yellow tint. People were screaming/ shouting in the corridor around random times. Price was not justified. Was charged 2000rs per night. With the current level / services, rooms are worth 750-900rs max for AC rooms. Might wanna explore nearby options before settling for the price. Overall, excellent restaurant/room service staff. Pricy for the rooms they've got. The hotel has potential but not anywhere close now.
