One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. I visited Ambarsariya Authentic Amritsari - The Pavillion Mall on 15 JUN 25 around 10:50 PM and was absolutely shocked to find a cockroach in my food (specifically, in the Paneer Makhni Combo. This is completely unacceptable and raises major concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

food was not good.... they're selling in the name of authentic punjabi food but there was nothing authentic about it. It tasted pretty bland.

I am amritsari, and it's good you went close to the taste but not completely ...the authenticity of amritsari kulchas lie in the traditional way of cooking them (in a bathhi with that charred taste), keeping this behind the kulchas were undercooked let alone being cooked in a traditional way
