Being at this restaurant, degust nicely cooked chaat, bhaji pav and turkey. The terrific staff welcomes guests all year round. The fast service is a big plus of Ambala Chaat House. From the guests' point of view, the atmosphere is cool. Google users like this place: it was rated 4.3 stars.

If you love chaat, Ambala Chaat House in Patiala is must-visit. From start to finish, the experience totally hit the right notes. First off, their satrangi golgappe are something else — crisp, well-stuffed, and the pani/chutneys give just the right kick. The aloo tikki cooked in desi ghee is rich, flavourful, with lovely texture; enough crunch outside and soft inside. The dahi wale golgappe and bhalla papdi are also excellent — fresh, well balanced, not overly sweet or too sour. I also liked how clean everything seemed, which isn’t always a given in places like this. Service was friendly, prompt, and helpful. Even though space inside is limited, the place has a lively atmosphere, and eating outdoors/standing works just fine for that street food vibe. Prices are reasonable given the taste and portion sizes. All in all, Ambala Chaat House is one of the best places in Patiala for satisfying chaat cravings.
