Extremely Disappointing & Unprofessional Experience Amazonia had been on our wishlist for the longest time, so when I saw their special Avatar-themed “Dining Experience” for Valentine’s Day, I immediately booked it. We paid ₹999 + GST per person, clearly advertised as a dining experience. However, when we reached the restaurant, we were shockingly told there were no tables available due to a “miscommunication between the restaurant and District app.” We were then told that the ticket supposedly meant “standing”... something that was NEVER mentioned anywhere during booking. If it’s called a dining experience, basic seating is expected. After multiple customers argued, they finally agreed to process refunds. It has now been one full week, and despite following up every single day, we are only met with vague responses like “we are checking with the team.” There are no proactive updates, no accountability, and no urgency. For a restaurant of this scale and reputation, this level of mismanagement and poor customer handling is unacceptable. What was meant to be a special Valentine’s evening turned into unnecessary stress and continuous follow-ups. I genuinely had a very good impression of Amazonia before this, but this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve faced. Extremely disappointing. Service: 1
