Amazonia offers excellent food and a well-curated ambience with great music. However, the experience was affected by several issues. Despite it being a Saturday night, there were many small children running around. For a restaurant that leans toward an upscale night-out vibe, this felt out of place and quite distracting.Additionally, witnessing a heated argument between the manager and a staff member on the floor was quite surprising and unprofessional. The lighting was another issue—the ambience aims for a dim, night time feel, but it ended up being too dark to comfortably read the menu. A simple addition like small table candles would go a long way in balancing aesthetics with practicality. Overall, great food and a fantastic vibe, but the management needs to tighten up a few aspects—especially controlling kids running around on busy weekend nights and ensuring staff maintain professionalism on the floor.
