"Terrible Dineout Experience – Hidden Rules & Rude Behaviour!" I visited this restaurant yesterday through Swiggy Dineout, booked a table, and even paid the cover charge in advance. But after finishing our dinner, the staff refused to accept the Dineout booking and denied the payment method that THEY had already agreed to. What made it worse was the completely unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour from the owners. Instead of helping or clarifying, they spoke rudely and made the whole experience extremely uncomfortable. This is misleading and unfair to customers who trust Dineout’s booking system. I strongly suggest everyone double-check before visiting or avoid this place entirely if you expect transparency and basic courtesy. Definitely not worth the hassle. "Worst Dineout Experience – Totally Unprofessional!" I booked a table via Swiggy Dineout, made the advance cover charge payment, and still the owners denied accepting it afterward. Instead of helping, they behaved mannerlessly and disrespectfully. Not at all expected. Please avoid if you want a smooth experience.
