If you have never come across Afghan and Arabic cuisines, you should reserve a table at this cafe. The staff is terrific that's what makes Hotel Amar and Restaurant so good. Fine service is something that visitors highlight in their reviews. But many clients who use Google didn't give this place a high rating.

Lovely hotel with a calm ambiance. The room's décor was stylish and modern. Housekeeping was thorough, and the rooftop terrace offered great city views. Ideal for relaxing after sightseeing. Service: 5
