Our pool area operates under certain hygiene and safety guidelines which are clearly mentioned on the poolside notice boards and on the tickets, which are handed over and signed at the time of entry. These rules are in place not to restrict fun, but to ensure a clean and safe environment for all guests.Regarding dining, our poolside service is available till 7 PM, after which our main garden restaurant – located just 30 meters away – remains open to serve guests without any interruption. At no point was food service denied; it simply shifts venue, like in many resorts where poolside dining is time-bound for operational and hygiene reasons.We understand that sometimes rules may feel inconvenient in the moment, but they are designed to provide a comfortable experience for everyone. We truly value all our guests, and we are always working to balance enjoyment with responsibility.We appreciate your opinion and always welcome constructive feedback.
