Extremely disappointing experience. We had booked our table a night prior for my mom’s birthday, keeping in mind the presence of a senior citizen. But just an hour before dinner, we were informed indoor dining wouldn’t be available. Despite repeated requests over the call, the staff remained adamant, stubborn, and downright disrespectful. It wasn’t a walk-in we had a confirmed reservation. Yet they showed zero accountability, no willingness to help, and absolutely no regard for customer comfort or occasion. If advance reservations don’t count for basic comfort and priority, what’s the point? Poor handling and zero customer-first thinking. Absolutely do not recommend. Service: 1
