Well i went here for the first time and was not a good experience at all firstly we waited alot for our food but when it arrived it was not good at all we ordered the pizza which was soggy and there was no cheese pull and fries was below average and drinks we okay but just the pancake was good otherwise everything was a total disaster and as soon as i came back home my stomach started having a very bad pain so so far my experience here was a total disappointment. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

This place is massively overrated. Yes, it’s popular. Yes, Instagram loves it. But the actual experience is frustrating from start to finish. First problem: the staff and manager attitude. The staff comes off as rude, impatient, and borderline arrogant, like they’re doing you a favour by letting you sit there. The manager isn’t any better — no effort to manage the crowd politely or make customers feel welcome. Second: absolute chaos in customer movement. There’s no proper system. People are standing everywhere, blocking walkways, hovering over seated customers, waiting for them to leave. It feels cramped, uncomfortable, and poorly managed. Third: insanely long wait times. You wait forever just to get a seat, and once you do, you’re made to feel rushed. There’s an unspoken pressure to eat fast and leave. The seating period is clearly insufficient, especially considering how long you waited to get in. The food itself is decent, not bad — but nowhere near worth the hype or the hassle. When you compare this to their Dehradun branch, which is warm, relaxed, and genuinely pleasant, this Delhi outlet is a huge letdown. Overall, Ama Cafe Majnu Ka Tilla feels like a place that got too successful and stopped caring. Poor crowd management, rude behavior, uncomfortable seating, and zero hospitality. Big disappointment, especially knowing how good Ama Cafe can actually be. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure
