Dear Ashutosh ji ,Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your recent event at Altitude Agra. We understand your concerns about the DJ floor and privacy, and we regret that this caused disappointment during your party. However, we would like to clarify that the DJ floor is a common area meant for all customers, as we had explained at the time of booking. If you wished for exclusive use of the DJ floor, we did inform you that it would require booking the entire lounge, which includes an additional DJ fee, as we would be unable to accommodate other guests in that scenario. We treat all of our customers equally, regardless of the size of their party or bill, and we strive to ensure that everyone enjoys their experience. We’re sorry if there was any misunderstanding regarding the arrangements. Regarding the food and service, we sincerely regret that they did not meet your expectations, and we will work with our team to address the concerns you raised.
