On Valentine’s day, we paid hefty amount to get calm and enjoy the moment with the ambience but with poor management of the pub crowd the experience was destroyed. The food and hospitality by servers was the only saviour.The romantic ambience was destroyed by constant nudging of the guests coming for smoke in that area and the loud noise of the DJ, it was like a park where people were walking in and out which completely destroyed the evening. If you are unable to manage don’t do it, we pay this kind of money on these days for peace and calmness to spend quality time with partners and enjoy calm romantic ambience to express love for each other in that ambience
