This review is completely misleading, exaggerated, and factually incorrect.The guest visited our cafe on a high-footfall event day, where numerous customers were present and actively enjoying the event, food, and ambience. If the experience was truly as “pathetic” as described, it is notable that no other guest raised any concern—only this particular table.Regarding the food, the dish mentioned was served fresh. If it was genuinely unsatisfactory, it remains unclear why almost the entire portion was consumed. Moreover, I personally informed the guest that if the food was not to their liking, we would immediately replace the dish, but this offer was declined.Claims about cleanliness and service are highly exaggerated. On busy event days, tables are cleaned continuously on rotation due to constant occupancy. Creating unnecessary disturbance during a live event instead of allowing staff a moment is unreasonable.As for service, a brief wait during peak hours is common at any packed venue. However, basic service was provided, contrary to what has been claimed.It is also important to clarify that no payment was made and no bill was generated, despite food being consumed. When payment was requested, the guest was clearly informed that our card machine was temporarily not functional, and we were fully prepared to accept payment via UPI or cash. Despite this, the guest insisted repeatedly on card payment only, even after being informed of the situation, and refused to proceed with the available payment options.Regarding pricing, it must be noted that restaurants are legally permitted to price items as per their menu and are not bound by MRP, which is standard practice across the industry.Additionally, upon reviewing this guest’s public profile, it is evident that a consistent pattern of posting negative feedback across multiple establishments exists. This further questions the credibility and intent behind this review, as it appears less like constructive criticism and more like habitual negativity.Given the nature of the behaviour, refusal to make payment, and the attempt to create unnecessary disturbance during a live event, it raises a strong doubt whether this visit was genuine or influenced by vested interests or competitors.Personal remarks against the owner are unwarranted and inappropriate.
