No waiter wants to serve you they claim this is not my table and nobody takes order. Food is more likely to be delayed because some manager forced someone to take orders due to a long wait. Water and drinks were served just after finishing eating. Had to wait for 25 mins after food to know there is dessert available. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The packaging was horrible. Even when I showed them the torn packet, they only blamed some obscure Govt. Regulations and said that's how it is packed and they cannot do anything. They didn't even provide a wooden spoon (which was available for their sweet dishes) for the biriyani. I had to give it away to a homeless person on the street as the packaging wouldn't have last beyond a few hours time. Alpha Hotel Visakhapatnam Jagadamba Junction in this restaurant, chicken biryani or fried biryani is not really good. Many customers who came to our Lodge have complained. In this hotel, everything in Alpha Hotel is a fraud. Alpha Hotel Biryani Waste Bocca Parcel No one eat it no one buy it your money is waste if you don't believe me go buy it and taste it you will know what my problem is I have given a complaint to the food safety officer but there is no change there will be no change because it is in the city center at the junction near Jagdamba so tourists Most people are being deceived.
