See Sri Kanaka Mahalakshmi Temple by default, the clients' recommendation is to visit this restaurant as well. Indian cuisine is a must-taste one at Alpha Hotel. Good chicken biryani, tandoori chicken and raita will impress you at the first bite.

This place provides food delivery for the convenience of its customers. The staff is said to be patient here. Spectacular service is something that people highlight in their comments. Prices at this spot claim to be democratic. As a number of visitors notice, the atmosphere is quiet. But google users rated this restaurant and it didn't gain a high rating.

One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had at Vizag Alpha Hotel. I visited this hotel on January 1st night and ordered biryani. Shockingly, they did not provide basic accompaniments like onions and lemon with biryani. When I asked for them, they charged ₹10 for just a few onion pieces and one small lemon slice. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have eaten biryani across India, and charging separately for onions is unheard of. This clearly shows a cheap and greedy mindset. On top of that, the GST charges are excessively high and unclear, making the final bill unnecessarily expensive. Even worse, they are selling water bottles at prices higher than the printed MRP, which is completely unacceptable and against basic consumer norms. The service is painfully slow, with customers made to wait for long periods, and the staff shows zero professionalism or accountability. What shocked me the most was the condition of the washrooms and bathrooms. They are extremely dirty, unhygienic, and poorly maintained. No cleanliness, bad smell, and absolutely not fit for public use. For a hotel serving food, this level of hygiene is completely unacceptable. Overall, this place seems focused only on extracting money through overcharging and hidden costs, while completely ignoring basic hygiene, customer service, and fairness. Highly disappointed. Strongly not recommended. Avoid this hotel if you care about hygiene, honest pricing, and basic hospitality.
