I had one of the most pathetic dine-in experiences at Alpha Hotel with my friend. From the moment we sat down, the service was outright careless and disgusting. They served us plates that were wet, filthy, and not even properly cleaned - a serious hygiene hazard that no decent restaurant should ignore. The so-called biryani was an absolute disaster. The rice tasted like plain boiled grains thrown together with chilli powder - zero flavour, zero authenticity. The chicken pieces were a joke - not dum-cooked at all, just deep-fried scraps reheated and dumped into the dish. To make it worse, one piece had a foul, sour stench that clearly showed the meat was old and unhygienic. Serving stale food like this is not only unproffessional but dangerous. As if that wasn't enough, they shamelessly charged 5% GST but couldn't even provide a proper bill when asked. On top of that, the staff had the audacity to demand tips despite their pathetic service and disgusting food. Alpha Hotel is a disgrace when it comes to food, service, and honesty.
