Extremely Disappointed – Not Worth the Stay! I had a terrible experience at The Grand Alora. The basic facilities you expect from even a budget hotel were missing here: No TV running in the room. No handwash available in the bathroom. Despite several reminders, towels were not provided on time. No hangers for clothes, and to make it worse, there was no wardrobe at all. The most shocking part – if you accidentally leave anything in the room, the staff throws it away without informing the guest! This level of negligence and lack of basic hospitality is simply unacceptable. I would strongly NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Totally unprofessional and careless service. Service: 1
