We ordered a pina colada pastry, and we noticed ants on it while eating and after addressing the issue to the staff they said that we gave it properly, ants might be on the cutlery or the table and was not ready to accept that they might have made a mistake. And when we said we won’t pay for this service then he started arguing rather being apologetic for the mistake and he was very rude. Hi Adishri, we're truly sorry your experience didn’t meet expectations. We've looked into this and were informed that a light bug from outside the store had unfortunately gotten attached to the bottom of the plate — not the pastry itself. Our fridges and kitchen are regularly checked, and we maintain strict hygiene standards, especially with our pastries. That said, we’re very disappointed that this concern wasn’t communicated to you with the courtesy you deserved. We’ve addressed this with our staff, as we do not stand by such behaviour. What a great Brownie. This Kunafa Chocolate one is quite brilliant to satisfy one's cravings and most importantly it is not too sweet. Perfectly crispy and addicting. Bonus point if you heat it up before eating.
