I tried the shawarma from Almaaz Shawarma in the Market City branch of Perinthalmanna, and while the shawarma itself was tasty, the staff's behavior was disappointing. They didn't seem to know how to properly treat customers, and I would like to request that the management hire staff with better customer service skills.
