Authentic Kerala cuisine at its best "Alloos" is a must-visit for anyone looking for authentic Kerala cuisine. The food is delicious and flavorful, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is inviting. I started with the appam and fish curry, which was a perfect combination of flavors. The appam was soft and fluffy, and the fish curry was flavorful and spicy. For my main course, I had the beef fry, which was tender and juicy. The rice and vegetables were also very good. Our server was friendly and attentive, and he was always happy to answer any questions we had about the food. Overall, I had a wonderful dining experience at "Alloos".
