Thanks for taking out time and reviewing us. It really helps us improve and give you a great experience everytime you order from All Time Favourite. I read your comment. We follow a very unique recipe which is a speciality in Kolkata. The biryani is given dum for a good amount of time to make the rice flavourful. Kolkata biryani or Awadhi style biryani has a lot of similarities with pulao as you mentioned as it is prepared with chicken juices. I hope you give us another chance and order other items in our menu, surely we will not disappoint you.
