I ordered a cheese pizza but it was not baked properly. It was a complete mess and without cheese, and even the shape was poorly done. When I asked for a refund, they refused,this is very disappointed.

I have ordered Grill sandwich from Ocean spice. but they said they don't have it.. Then I requested a refund but zomato refused due to some there cancelationpolicy. this is not a decent thing to do. I am a very regular and gold member of zomato.. this shouldn't happen.
