The menu is straightforward, usually offering a variety of stuffed kulchas like aloo, paneer, gobhi, and mix veg, all served with chana (chickpeas), tangy onion chutney, and a dollop of butter. The highlight is undoubtedly the kulcha itself – flaky on the outside, soft inside, and cooked in a traditional tandoor, giving it a smoky aroma and authentic taste.
