I have been a loyal customer of Al Kauser since around 2007 and have always admired the consistent quality and authenticity of your food. However, my yesterday's experience with a dinner order from your RK Puram outlet was quite disappointing. While the Kakori Kabab was as good as ever, the Mutton Korma, Chicken Biryani, and Mutton Biryani were far below the usual Al Kauser standards. All I could smell was the overpowering essence of Kewda, with almost no real taste or balance of spices. To my surprise, the Mutton Korma even tasted bitter. It feels like there’s been some cost-cutting either in ingredients or kitchen staff, which is unfortunate for such a respected brand. I truly hope you look into this matter and bring back the authentic Al Kauser quality that we have loved and trusted for so many years.
