Aligarh house HSR Aligarh House in HSR Layout, Bengaluru, is a casual dining restaurant specializing in Mughlai, Awadhi, and North Indian cuisine. Known for its authentic flavors reminiscent of Lucknow and Delhi, it has garnered attention for dishes like Chicken Nihari, Mutton Biryani, and Kebabs. Service 3/5 Taste 4.5/5 Location 3.5/5 Weekend's are too busy so avoid Nihari and chicken starters must try. Moradabadi biryani is a star dish Veg has not much options but dal makhani and kadai paneer naan is a perfect choice for vegetarians. Evenings always start with waiting but worth it. Hygiene should be improved but it's too busy that it's sometime tough to handle. Since the taste and price are both good so aaah. Highly recommended for food lovers! This place offers delicious and hygienic food at very reasonable prices. Definitely one of the best restaurants in the area. We tried the Masala Chicken Biryani, Butter Naan, and Chicken Butter Tandoori. Everything was flavorful and satisfying. The vegetarian me had went there with the classic Butter Paneer with the Butter Naan and the Khameeri Roti! Top notch breads! No doubt in that! The texture of Naan - thin, flattened, a bit of crisp with melting butter! Too good! Khameeri Roti - Soft, fluffy, the khameer was well balanced! A 10 on 10! Talking about the Butter Paneer - It was good overall but I feel the gravy could have had a bit of more flavours! Although, the gravy had velvety, creamy texture but a bit of more flavour into it would have done the job! Overall, a decent experience with fulfilling meal.
