We would like to clarify that Bubble Waffle takeaway orders are packed separately, i.e, waffle and ice cream is packed separately to prevent the waffle from becoming soggy. While both packages were successfully handed over to the Zomato rider by us, we suspect that the ice cream package was not successfully handed over to you by the rider. Therefore, since the product was correctly sent from our end. You may contact Zomato regarding this concern.

While shopping on MG Road, I came across this place tried their bubble waffle, and it was really good. Overall experience is quite good. Good service. Good food, good place.
