I visited Alibaba & 41 Dishes in Kalpetta for their Iftar buffet, priced at ₹444 + tax. The experience was a mix of great flavors and some areas for improvement. The ambience is excellent, and the service is exceptional. The staff are highly customer-centric and possess a great knowledge of the cuisine, including recommendations on the best sides to pair with each dish, which is truly commendable. I tried the Kashmir Pulao, Baby Corn Fry, and Pal Parotta with Chicken Curry – all of them were outstanding. They accept UPI, card and cash payment.
