Disappointing Experience at Ali Baba Hotel Indian Chinese And Tandoori I recently had an unfortunate experience at Ali Baba Hotel Indian Chinese And Tandoori, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. The issues I encountered during my visit include being served uncooked momos, exorbitant prices, and encountering unprofessional behavior from the lady at the counter. Firstly, the uncooked momos were highly unacceptable. Not only were they undercooked, but they were also served at a premium price. This lack of attention to detail and quality control is disheartening, especially when one expects a certain standard from a restaurant. Moreover, the lady at the counter displayed a rude and egoistic demeanor. Her lack of responsibility, argumentative nature, and refusal to listen to my concerns only escalated the situation. As a customer, I believe it is crucial to be treated with respect and empathy, which was completely lacking in this instance. To my surprise, even the cook failed to acknowledge his mistake and insisted that the momos were prepared correctly. Such denial and unwillingness to accept responsibility further aggravated the situation and left me feeling unheard. Overall, my experience at Ali Baba Hotel Indian Chinese And Tandoori was highly unsatisfactory. The combination of serving uncooked momos at an inflated price and encountering rude and argumentative behaviour from the lady at the counter has left a lasting negative impression.
