This hotel … cannot even begin to express the owner is sweet but the staff …we stayed in this hotel a week ago and due to leaving in a rush left some important medicine behind which was very important to take for my mother and we were passing by goa again while returning to the same hotel so we called a staff whose no we had gotten and asked to keep out meds safely and he denied without even checking when we followed up so many times no response from their side and asked to check the cctv and let us know very unprofessional behaviour it was about someone’s health and they just decided to keep out stuff and refused to acknowledge the staff … the hotel staff looks decent but do not trust them with your belongings they do not maintain any sort of decency. We live in bombay and they troubled a lot with not even responding and the meds we could not even find for the rest of the trip and is very hard to get .

We have just returned from 6 wonderful weeks staying at this wonderful comfortable hotel. Nothing was too much to help us have a wonderful stay. The food in the restaurant run by Anita and Dom was perfect and here also anything we wanted was served to us. We have so much praise fir their service and that of their staff Dipu Jouggler and Scott nothing was to much for them to help us have a wonderful stay
