Atmosphere was great with ambience to match. The service could be much speedier. The staff were courteous to give us a good table. Honey cafe matcha that I ordered didn’t taste as such and the mango tres leches was too sweet and the base was a bit hard. Couldn’t eat beyond 2 spoons. Could work on the food and beverages to improve the quality of the dishes. Apart from these it’s a great place for people to come and have a good conversation. 3.5/5! The best part of Alchemy Coffee Roasters is its well lit and neatly done ambience which prompts one to spend long. Had a well done Lotus Biscoff hot chocolate to keep me company along with a decent mushroom stuffed eggs on toast that came with fries. The prices at this standalone place are comparable with those of the artisanal coffee chains. The service is prompt, and the staff is polite :)
